an american, a german, and a englishman were to be put to death. when the american was about to be shot, he cried "Avalanche!!" and ran away in the midst of the confusion. then, the german came up to be shot. when they were about to fire, he cried "Flood!!" and ran away too. so when the englishman came up, he cried "fire!!"
